What to bring
- Your GP referral letter, if you have one (required by most insurers; not needed for self‑paying consultations)
- Insurance pre‑authorisation number, if insured
- A list of current medications and any previous test results or endoscopy reports
Clinic times
Private clinics run on Tuesday mornings at HCA UK at The Shard, with endoscopy on Tuesday afternoons at London Bridge Hospital. Video and telephone consultations are available for follow‑up and for patients outside London.
Urgent symptoms: this practice cannot provide emergency care. If you are vomiting blood, passing black stools, or unable to swallow at all, attend your nearest emergency department now.
