This site exists to provide information and a route to contact the practice. It is deliberately light on data collection.

What this website collects

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and contains no contact forms. If you email or telephone the practice, the information you provide is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a patient, to arrange your care.

Your medical information

Clinical records are held securely in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and GMC guidance, within the systems of HCA Healthcare UK where your care takes place. Information is shared with your GP and your insurer only as needed for your care and with your knowledge.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information the practice holds about you by contacting secretary.drsebastianzeki@hcahealthcare.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
